For wholesalers who sell by weight
The weight is the money. You can't stand at every scale.
ToluBhai takes the weight straight from your stamped scale into the record. Nobody types it. You see every counter on your phone, live.
We are getting ready for the first shops in Dibrugarh. Ask us for a demo at your shop.
Today the weight passes through too many hands
Today
- 1.The scale shows 24.35 kg
- 2.The weigher calls it out
- 3.The writer notes it in the book
- 4.You check the book at night
Every hand-off can bring a mistake or an argument, and nobody can check it later.
With ToluBhai
- The scale shows 24.35 kg
- The counter phone saves 24.35 kg
- You see it on your phone
The saved weight is exactly what your stamped scale showed.
CrateBuilt so the saved weight is the real weight
Every part of the counter is there to keep the number on the scale and the number in your records the same.
Steady
Only a steady reading is saved
While the birds are still moving on the scale, or the reading is old, Save waits. A reading from before the scale reconnected can't slip into a trade.
Nobody types the weight
The number comes from the scale over Bluetooth. Staff tap pictures and big buttons.
Works without internet
The counter keeps saving trades when the network drops and sends them when it comes back.
Tells you what has reached the cloud
Each trade shows whether it is saved on the phone only or already sent. It never says sent before it is.
Weights entered by hand stay marked
If the scale is off, staff can enter a weight by hand with a reason. That trade stays marked in your records.
Made for staff who don't read much
Pictures, colours and large buttons, with short Hindi, Assamese or English text.
Sit anywhere and see every counter
Open the same app on your phone. You see each counter's live weight and every trade it saves.
Daily totals, sales by date, by worker, by counter and by product, and your stock are there when you ask for them. Export to CSV when you need a file.
The live view needs internet on both phones.
Who it's for
